this make-up remover after hearing about it from Ashley when she guest posted. I ordered a tiny bottle to see if I liked it and so I could pack it easily. It didn't arrive until after I returned. And it turns out I love it. It also turns out that it was in every pharmacy in Paris, and it was ridiculously inexpensive. Two large bottle sold for less than I paid for my tiny bottle. I saw it and thought, "Buy that. You will want it." But, in all the excitement of the trip, I left without it. Now I am sad. Because this stuff is really, really great. You can get it in this country, but it isn't nearly as cheap. That being said, I still think it's worth it. It is really the best make-up remover I've ever used.
Speaking of French pharmacies, those places are absolutely bananas. Anything amazing you could ever want is housed within the walls of those treasure troves. The most beautiful woman in the world (as determined by People magazine), Gwyneth Paltrow, even buys a number of beauty products from these wonderful places as she revealed on goop. (Notice she loves this make-up remover too.) Stocking up on all these goodies is just another reason I am desperate to get back to Paris.
I did buy this lovely lip conditioner and some rose scented perfume. Wish I had snagged all those other Gwyneth approved goodies, particularly that Avibon for my stressed skin!
